Sign the accord

Two parties can open an accord.

Members sign as individuals; institutions sign for a cohort. In both cases the first reply comes from a signatory inside one working day, and the register is not opened to any site until you have approved the shortlist.

Institutions
iv

An institution.

One accord covers the whole cohort. Your placement office deals with a single named signatory, receives its packets in the templates it already uses, sees compliance closed before orientation, and gets the minute every week until the last evaluation is countersigned.

§

After you sign.

1

The handbook is read

Your program's handbook is read by the council before anyone writes back, which is why the first reply can already name what the site must be.

2

A signatory replies

Inside one working day you hear which registered sites in your state fit, and which clauses of the accord are still open.

3

The shortlist

Countersigned sites, matched by license, specialty and distance. You approve; only then is a site approached.

4

Ratification

Agreement, credentials, compliance and the weekly minute, kept by the Alliance until the term closes.
